I’ve been using the app for about 2 weeks and I’ve lost 5 pounds so far my goal is 145 and I’m 166 . Something ! I haven’t been eating as much and eating slower also helps you get full faster so you don’t eat as much and for snack food I’ve been eating dried fruit (not sweetened) and I still eat fast food sometimes but I get like a small fries and junior burger!
