How long does it take for a person religiously following their calorie count and exercising to see a difference on the scale??


Canโ€™t think about it like that. This is a long term investment and checking the scale everyday will make you unmotivated. Check the scale once a week log the information and as the weeks continue you will see results


I totally agree, after checking the scale I was upset to see that I gained weight which only led to me eating more because I was sad.


If you are eating less calories than before & exercising a little more. You should see a little loss in about 7 days ๐Ÿคžif not reduced your calories a bit more. I also find it hard to loose weight and I have been using this app since for ever around 2012. I have lost a lot of weight half my body weight ๐Ÿ˜€ I can only eat about 1000 calories per day if, I eat more I put weight on. I have put weight back on so I am back.!this is my first post ๐Ÿ˜‚
