Weight Loss Topic


Last year (2021) I weighed 297 starting this year (2022) i was down to 217 and have maintained. Now i want to get down to 180 lbs but do it in a healthy way as last year it was more of no eating for a couple days then eat the third day and then finnally stopped doing that around July while my weight lost stopped going down as fast i was eating daily. This year i plan to eat daily and still lose weight.

Has anyone tried not only counting the calories but also fasting ??


I think I’m going to do both


Fasting is bad on your stress hormone cortisol. It also throughs your female hormones out of balance. You may gain weight from it. I'm a certified health coach.


Actually eating 3 SMALL meals and 3 SMALL snacks of real whole foods - no factory foods or sugars speeds up the metabolism.


Also 80oz of water per day flushes the toxins and fats out quickly

Drinking water is important for many reasons related to health and wellbeing, though it will not melt or flush fat away.
