Many times people lose more one time, then less next time, depending on water fluctuations, etc. Try to weigh on same scale at same time of day also. Hi Brenda thanks for your comments , At the moment i just can’t seem to stick to the diet or track my food but I need to as I am diabetic and have a heart condition but seems so hard sometimes , I am going to read other people’s post today to try and get back in mood for dieting,
