I’ve been losing roughly 1lb a day for a few days and I’m concerned if there’s something wrong with me or if it’s just bloating/water weight that I’m losing.

for me it seems when i’m actually eating correctly and eating stuff good for me i loose weight more often then my normal diet.. but at the same time i don’t know
