Why did dashboard changed my goal date and lower my calories? Topic

For an unknown reason, the dashboard changed my goal date and lowered my calories. I have not exceeded my daily calorie intake. Actually coming in lower per day.

Same here

It was changed by an algorithm. If your weigh-in was less, your calories will change.

The less we weigh the less calories we need to carry our weight. I kept trying to reset mine until I figured it out :). The good news is we have lost weight!

It’s very sad that you pay for premium and can’t even get all of the info that you signed up for this app for. I’d rather not log onto a computer when I have the mobile

I use the pro mobile version of MND. The limitations of full access do prevent myself from hopping on board to an annual fee. The integration to full mobile access would take this app over the top and be worth the annual fee.

I’m just curious, I have the premium version, but I’m unaware of what I can’t see on the mobile app that is visible when I look on the computer. I use the recipe portion a lot, that was the big motivator for me to get the premium version.

Hi there Stew64-
Hope your tracking is going well~

User 1191454393 is correct. The Auto Pilot feature adjusts your calories to ensure you meet your weight loss goal by the timeline you set. If you are losing faster than planned, your budget will increase. If you are losing slower than planned, your budget will decrease. This feature can easily be disabled. Simply turn it off under settings.
