Why haven’t I been losing weight? Topic

I’m getting pretty tired now. I’ve been attempting to lose weight for about 3 months now and have not lost anything. Was averaging 500-700 calories a day for the first two months but slowly went up to a 900-1000 calorie intake on fruits, cooked veggies, lean meats and fats. I average about 4-5 gym trips a week doing about an hour on the tread and elliptical, and 10 min doing mid rows and core exercises. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. My macros are balanced and I’m getting plenty of fiber for my calorie intake as well. Drinking 8 cups of water a day as well. Don’t drink alcohol either. I’m seeing a nutritionist soon.

your eating too little calories start eating 1500 calories also you need to detox your body . I recommend watching TROYCETV and his video about his weight loss

Hi U1194731360,

It must be frustrating to put all that effort into your plan without seeing results. Are you tracking your body measurements? Sometimes people see positive changes in those more dramtically. I am glad to hear you are seeing a nutritionist to help you sort through things. In the meantime, here are a few articles you may find useful for troubleshooting.
