Buffalo chicken wings. They call my name. We all have something that we just *crave* right? …that doesn’t fit into everyday healthy living.

So finding an approximation to that, that hits those same buttons and satisfies AND can be had regularly? Heaven.

For some reason, I’ve found a conglomeration of ingredients together that satisfy my Buffalo wing cravings and then some. Clocking in at 600+LESS calories than the desired product, thought I’d share.

I call it Buffalo Beef Cauliflower Yum in the app.

Take a steamable sack of cauliflower and nuke till tender.

Meanwhile crush 1oz pork rinds (chicken has skin, this hits that) into dust and mix with half a tbsp beef broth powder (for meatiness on the tongue), and separately, whisk a tbsp of “I can’t believe it’s not butter” with 1/4-1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce.

Rough chop the cauliflower into bite size pieces and mix with the hot sauce mixture, coating every floret.

Mix in the pork dust mix thoroughly and enjoy!

I snack on this throughout the day. :9

PS—I just put the rinds and powder into a ziploc bag together and smash and roll over it with an unopened can of whatever. Faster than the cleanup that comes with using a machine to process them. And helpful if you have none, I hope!
