Hello you all ... Made a pause on my journey for like 4 months (but maintained my weight so no weight gain) and today I'm back on track
I'm 4kg away from my initial goal (lossed 12kg) but I'm satisfied with what I have now so I want instead to build muscle while loosing fat for my new journey

Progressive overload for the weight training.
Eat enough protein within your calorie budget.
