How to calculate the calories in a home cooked meal? Topic

Sorry if this has been asked before. I am having a hard time figuring out how to calculate ingredients in a meal that I prepared myself. For example, tonight I made chili. It is 1 pound of 75% lean beef cooked and drained, one 15 ounce can of Lucks Chili Beans, Two 8 ounce cans of Vine Ripe tomato sauce, one 15 ounce can of Food Lion diced tomatoes with green chilis, one packet of Fresh Thyme chili seasoning. I know I have the labels and cans to get the information, but how do I go about figuring out how much one cup contains? I can't even find on the internet how much a pound of 75% lean beef is. I am usually good at math but this seems daunting. Since I started my diet I have been buying a lot of prepared frozen foods because it's so easy to just look at the label on the box and I know this is not good because most of the prepared foods are loaded with sodium. I would rather cook my own meals but this is hard for me to figure out.
