About me

Current goal: I want to finish losing this weight so I can be as healthy as possible for my husband and son. I remember what it feels like to be fit and healthy and I want it back!
Favorite diets: Vegetarian, low-carb.
Favorite activities: Is it bad to say "drinking wine by a bonfire"? Asking for a friend :) I also love playing outside with my toddler, exploring nature trails, and visiting wineries.
Need help with: I just need to keep myself motivated. Food is such a crutch for me during times of stress, and I'm definitely having one of those periods right now.
