I've been loyally keeping my journal this year as was my resolution. So far I have lost ten lbs!
Since this goal is not weight centered, I've been less panicked about plateaus. I've also struggled with nutrition vs. exercise, because my body's metabolism is been hard to balance and understand. But the challenge is on and there are sixty more pounds ahead to lose.

Hello Swrlygrl, I yoyoed back in Feb and March, but jumped back in the habit since last week (so far this week, I've lost seven pounds of fat!!). To compensate with the amount of caloric intake, I've decided to use resistance training. It uses a whole lot of less time and there is a big measurable difference in % Body Fat. Thanks so much for contacting me, and keep up the good work!
