2nd week in January Topic


We are in our 2nd week now, how are folks doing? Still tracking daily? Making time for exercise? It is hard, especially when it is cold out - but we need to remind ourselves that we make time for other things that are important to us!

Woe me... Just when I got my exercise routines back on track I hurt my knee. Now the rigorous food intake recording is even more important...


Sorry to hear that. I hope it will get better soon. Did you hurt your knee while training?


Kind of. I was playing soccer with my kids... Fortunately it seems that the knee is not badly hurt - I can already walk pretty well with it.


Sorry to hear about your knee! I found walking in water to be very helpful when I was recovering from a bad back injury many years ago. Do you have access to a pool?
