30 lbs to lose Topic


I just joined last week and logging in all my foods nearly everyday. I lost 3lbs in the first week. So I am quiet proud of that. This week however, is going to be tough as I have so many things going on. I try to stay within my calorie budget and move a lot more. My snacking habits need to change though because I am always hungry in the late afternoon and evening time. Once I get over that hurdle I know I can, conquer my weight loss. Any tips would be grateful.


Hi there ! I joined just last week. Getting the hang of it and trying to deal with the hunger and always thinking about food. I try to drink more water to help curb the hunger . Hope you are doing well


My weakness is Lucozade, I drink at least two bottles a day to keep me active.


I joined this app 2 days ago. I have lost 15 since March. I still have 30 to 35 lbs to go
