Hi there. I have been dieting since May and have lost 32.8 lb. I live in the UK and would be delighted to make some new friends who know what I am going through. Of course if there is anything I can help you with please let me know.

Hi there!
I just joined yesterday via the mynetdiary iPhone app, and also live on the UK.
I have just started to undertake a serious diet regime to loose 15 kilos, as I started on steroids two years ago (for renal transplant) which not only have increased my appetite, but in conjunction with increased appetite, have made me put on twenty kilos.
I am pretty determined to loose the weight, but it us very very hard when you are feeling hungry most of the time!

I started yesterday too. I have forty to lose and my target time is mid-May. I find baby carrots a nice filler to beat the hunger. They're already clean and ready to eat. five or six and the hunger eases. And grilling on the Foreman. I hunt, so my meats are mostly low fat (deer, elk).

Hello, I have just joined but have been healthy eating since end of August but only lost 3lbs so far. I don't want to call it a diet as this implies that it is a 'stage' and won't be permanent way of eating. I am 179 lbs and want to get to 133 by next August 2012. I would like to read other peoples accounts. I live in the UK

Hi folks. Just joining. Had an amazing experience losing 50 lbs and getting so very strong and healthy when I moved to Santa Cruz 2 years ago. Rejuvenated my life. Have been having so much fun and excitement that 10 pounds snuck back on. I'm ready to go for the next 15-25, but mostly want to change body shape and fitness more than a number on a scale. Was helpful the first go round having support with a friend back east. Would like to join this group to get that connections. Let's have fun and SHARE IT ALL!!!!

Hi everyone. I joined My Net Diary 4 days ago. I mostly need motivation to exercise and plan meals better. I have less than 10 pounds to lose but the scale has not budged so I am now logging foods which is very helpful. My main activity (other than pushing beds and stretchers at work) is scuba diving. I do it almost every weekend and it burns over 400 calories on one dive.

Hi! I find that logging everything does help. I have 10 I would like to lose as a few pounds snuck on during the holidays and my January vacation. I really like mnd as it makes it easy to log what I eat. I just found the scanning function which I am loving. Didn't realize it had that capability.
Sounds like you are very active as it is. I would love to try my hand at scuba. It is an activity on my "Live List" to try before I get too old.
Good luck on your goals!

I also live in the UK and I have been using the app since Dec 2012, so far I have lost 24lbs. Prior to this I gained weight over the years, went on a diet and put it back on again in say six months time. Good luck to everyone.
