So since the operation I have lost 20 pounds without trying, but now I can get that scale to go under 260. I barely can get to 1500 calories a day (ok weekends are a challenge, but at least I am not drinking like before) and I still am plateauing like a long dinner table.

I just don't get it. I could use colleagues to help me succeed. I just don't know how I am going to do it when it is this slow.

So damn fast coming on, so slow coming off!

Might check hormone levels. See a good endocrinologist

A nutritionist may also be helpful. They should suggest you get hormone levels checked as well. They will also thoroughly look not just at the foods you are eating but how you feel throughout the day & about your digestive health. Well worth the investment.

Hi there Valdus- Sorry to hear you are struggling. I agree with the advice already provided. Meeting with your doctor and a registered dietitian are good places to start!

I turned on auto-pilot, perhaps I did not give myself enough calories, and my body was in a bit of a panic. Thus far the scale is inching backward, but boy do I have to keep an eye on those weekends! The extra 500 calories may make that easier.

I didn’t catch if you were exercising? Short Higher Intensity Interval Training works much better than cardio for weight loss my 2c

Hi Valdus- The auto-pilot feature is very popular and can help you reach your goals on your timeline. Yes! weekends can be tough. Have you tried pre-logging on weekends? Essentially mapping out your meals and snacks ahead of time in the app, so you aren't surprised at the end of the day. Thinking ahead and developing a bit of a schedule on the weekends can help you stay within your budget. You've got this! Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

What do I have to post, a graph, a report, what? to check to make sure I a on track?

I have autopilot on, just had a party on Sunday and want some reassurance. What do I look at to make sure everything is a-ok?
