Hello from cold Oregon. I'm brand new to this group. I have been overweight my whole life with the exception of about a year (3 years ago). I had joined Weight Watchers and lost 70 lbs. I had a great outlook on life. Then I gained....it all back. Last night laying in bed, my boyfriend told me that my weight is a problem not only for me but for US. He didn't know me when I weighed less but I have shown him pictures and talked about those times. Anyways, it turned into this big argument. All I want is for him to be supportive and to go work out with me. Instead he told me that I need to do it for me and not anyone else. I do agree that I need to do it for me but I need a support system. I live in a small town and most all my friends are a healthy weight and have kids and they don't have time to go to the gym with me. So I woke up this morning and decided that I'm going to give this a shot, on my own. The sad part is that I don't want to do it alone. I NEED A SUPPORT SYSTEM. So I turn to you. I will take this day by day, some days will be good days and some will be not so good but everyday is a new day. If anyone has any advise for me, please give it to me cause right now I'm pretty much at a loss. Thanks for reading.

Hello! I am also cold in Oregon and pretty new! I recently started my journey and although I am married and have the support of my parents and kids; none of them are on this journey with me.
I started with 100 to lose and have lost 20 so far. I have a crazy busy life with work and going back to school but would be happy to be part of your new support network!
