As a mother of 4, at times I forget I am a woman, and wife. I want to feel sexy again, and get my life back on track. Today is that day. Today I will look forward and not look down or back. Time to take my life back. Time to lay the excuses down and pick up me again.

Awesome! I totaly know the feeling. I have 95 lbs to go and I'm getting married in 2.5 months. I want to look like a beautiful bride, not like I ate the bride.

Hi everyone. I am new to all this and I would love to have a buddy to keep me motivated. I've tried diets in the past, but I've never stayed motivated long enough to reach my goals. Any advice? Friend me if you need a buddy.

I have just joined this group and I have a 100lbs. to lose. I am over 60, have hypothyroidism, high blood pressure, need a knee replacement and type 2 diabetes. I know this is not going to be easy but I am in this for the long haul because I need to look after my health and I am the only one who can do it.

Welcome. :) I've lost 92ish lbs before, but gained a little over half of it back, so I'm now sitting at about 46ish more to re-lose, but I started with about 51ish to lose. So technically, I *do* still qualify for this group. ;]
Start with small changes. You'd be surprised by how they can add up over time. And tracking your food intake is a great change to start with. That will do a lot to help you know how you're doing. Over time, it can be really motivating to see those green highlights in the Daily Analysis that mean you're on track. And you're right - you're the only one who can look after your health. Here's to progress, for both of us. :)

Yeh, me too. My goal is 94 pounds still to go but ideal would be 118pounds.
