hello! so i hope someone else can relate to this as it’s really frustrating. i notice that my core muscles seem to be more defined and sore when i do core exercises. my right side abs don’t seem to show at all unless i flex. now, i have scoliosis and my right hip
is higher than my left but i don’t know if that had anything to do with it.
will this even out? should i be laying more attention to my right side?
