addicted Topic


Hi everybody,
I just joined this site in hopes that it will provide me with more accountability about my eating habits. I am addicted to eating. As in, a box of macaroni and cheese. Or an entire bag of shredded cheese. I feel like an addict, and i don't know who to talk to about it. I think writing in the food diary will help!


I started writing in the note section about my day. I hope in this will keep me accountable. :)


I don't go regularly myself but some family members of mine have found a lot of support and inspiration regularly attending Overeater Anonymous meetings.


luv2Run i have just started logging in the note section too and i find it has helped so far.

I am also an excessive eater, more just a constant grazer rather than large amounts all at once but if the food is there I will eat and eat and eat. And between food I am thinking about when i next get food.

Unless I feel good about myself. Running helps with that.
