Need help with: Average daily calories are 700-1100. Have no vices. Car accident took gym time away for awhile. My protein intake needs to increase-16 to 20 percent currently. Need consistency w/sleep and more exercise after back heals, more water intake also.

More info: Taking Estrogen since menopause for 2years and have gained 15 lbs. Have tracked calories for 1.5 years and gained during that time. Last 3 months only lost 3lbs of the 15lb I'm taking Thyroid medication for 2 years-not helping!
