Baby steps…
Hope everyone is happy and motivated in life.

Anyone who stumbles upon this post, please feel free to share an incident where you had a rough day and zero motivation yet you kept pushing. What made you kept going?


maybe for me would be the people who are my inspiration or motivation. like youtubers or k-idols. i strive because i want to look like them and be as them but yea.


My mom, my daughter, and my ex-boyfriend back when we were speaking still. And sometimes now, it’s even myself. I recognize that my “bad day” is just an imperfection of the day which makes life real. If we were perfect in everything we did, life would seem pretty fake. So, lately, as I heal emotionally from my past, I find myself pushing myself more and more. I like that internal driver. Sometimes though, just talking with someone about the day helps but on those days when there isn’t anyone to talk with, find that strength within. You got this, Everyone!!!


Hi I'm happy to read you, I'm just starting and hope to keep working on it, want to learn different recipes since I'm bored of my own hehe. It is normal to feel discouraged or not too motivated sometimes, what made me keep going is my faith in God I like St Francis prayer so much and also there are always songs that will help me to remember the grace of life one song that I like too much is Peace Like a River by Elizabeth Mitchell.


On Keto since July 5th -I’m down 12.1 lbs - and keto is right on with what I’ve always loved to eat! I’m a 66 year old grandma and all my life had an outrageous sweet tooth!! Summer and my shorts and tops bulging at the seams I got out my book out about Keto and read where it was actually right on with gall bladders issues,- explained that good oils will help to move things right along and it was not having enough of those that can actually case problems! So I eat my steak, bacon & fried egg with cheese , blueberries, watermelon and salads with olives, avocado etc.,
And Pinot griot!!


Keto ice cream once a day if needed! but seeing the difference on the scale and my clothes- I’m happy with it🙋‍♀️💕!! Stick with it everyone!
