Another Newbie! How to copy and rename a food? Topic

I've just started and really like this app. Just need to do a lot of reading on how to do things. I am using the basic or free version of the app on iPhone, iWatch, and Windows 10.
I was going to attach a screen shot to help explain my issue. Not sure how.
Example. I make a Belgian waffle from my own multigrain mix. So, I use one of the database names that is close to what I want. The problem is that it only shows Belgian on the dashboard, not Belgian Waffle. Another example, it only shows Rice for white rice. I want to copy and fix the name. I want my names to be descriptive of the food. Not just Belgian or Rice.
If I select the Copy and Customize Food button ... I only get two choices, update nutrients and remove or add ingredients (this is not a recipe). So where do I go to do this?
If someone could explain or pass along a link for some reading material or Youtube. I'll keep looking and thanks for listening. Bob

Hi Bob- Welcome to MyNetDiary!
As a workaround, you may want to scan the label of the waffle mix so that it is in the database. Then create a new recipe and include the waffle mix as one of the waffle recipe ingredients (in addition to eggs, oil, milk, etc).
We have an awesome support team that can access your account and see which foods you are referring to. Simply email support@mynetdiary.com and they will get things figured out.

Also, others have found these videos when first getting started with tracking: https://www.mynetdiary.com/mynetdiary-how-to-videos-can-help-you-become-a-tracking-pro-in-no-time.html
