to Tallcalgal, I just updated my profile this morning. This is a great app for tracking. I don't know how active I will be on this board, however I know being active somewhere helps with my program. When I get obsessed with something, it usually works!

newbie here looking to lose at least 40 would love to lose about 60, tried lchf for awhile and fell off the wagon want to refocus and start again. need the group support.
