Hey ?? nice to meet you. Yeah we can definitely share our progress ?? yes you need to stay committed but on the other hand you need to step back temporarily like a couple days ?? I’ll share you my calaries and macros on my goal for myself. But they are higher as I’m only starting and have a higher maintenance so I can have abit more calaries, but the more I lose I have to eat a little less. Sorry if that don’t make sense.

My calarie budget is currently 2163
My carbohydrate goal is 273g
My protein goal is 150g
My fat goal is 89g

But I barley reach them. So what are your figures hun?


Hi. My calorie count is about 1300. I have to change the settings as apparently when you lose weight it makes your count higher. I guess its programmed to get to that weight by that exact time. I need to put a marker on the floor cause my scales say different things depending on the angle of the floor :( Anyways, I have only been getting it as I've been having salad for lunch and with work I only have time for one meal. I have found a yoga thing for beginners on youtube which has been good...I get hesitant to do it but then I remember the loose feeling and how I feel younger than my mirror image after it. It only goes for about 15-20min. Sometimes I get the energy to do some aerobic for beginner thing but I have ankle injuries so they haven't been going down well with them.

Yeah I increased my calaries as I was 1500 originally but wasn’t dropping so I upped it. Yeah just grab a apple to snack on or something hun. As not eating can though it around I have learned from past experience.

Yeah just do the exercises in the workout that your able to do and substitute the ones you can’t. I have a issue with my akles tendon and lower back which is a pain.

Calorie wise I was way too high. I didn't really eat bad food just more than normal. It was a cold day here and with playground duty I had a chocolate milk...lol my lactose intolerace will love me. But it was sooo good and I'm not really feeling bad about my occasional biscuit.


Omg reading this made me remind me I had chocolate milk today a all plant protein chocolate milk it was great! 10g of protein each 200ml so I had some for my recovery from the gym tonight.
