Looking for support from others who suffer from OAS. Makes eating natural and healthy difficult with limited options of fruits and vegetables to eat. Any advise out there?

I have OAS too. I try to make up for this by working out frequently and just making sure I don''t eat too much.

Hi there U1192311837-
Allergies are such a bummer, especially if you find you can no longer eat some of your favorite foods.
Have you tried eating the offending foods when cooked? Some folks find they have better luck then eating the cross-reactive food in raw form. Your allergist will know how to do this type of food experiment in a safe manner. In addition, perhaps you are a candidate for allergy shots or immunotherapy?
In the meantime, a complete multi-vitamin/mineral supplement would help ensure you are meeting all of your micronutrient needs. You can input your multivitamin directly into your meal, in the app, like you would do with a food. Hope this helps, Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
