Hi Juliemoncrieff- Welcome to MyNetDiary!

If you are looking for guidance on a cardiac diet I would suggest selecting the Mediterranean diet plan. To do this with the iOS app go to the Coach tab, then My Diet and select Mediterranean. You could select saturated fat as your primary nutrient to track and then sodium as your secondary nutrient (under the set-up). Or you could select calories as your primary nutrient (for weight loss) and sodium as your secondary nutrient. There are not any features you need to turn off. Let us know if other questions remain. We have an active blog that you may find helpful. Here's one piece that you might find useful. https://www.mynetdiary.com/sodium-yes-it-s-a-big-deal.html

Hello
I may have missed or not able to find how when I am logging foods how to leave a comment for my dietitian.
Thanks
Douglas

Hi DLC- I would suggest using the notes feature. You can type a note in at each meal with a question or comment for your Dietitian. The notes feature can be accessed from your dashboard.
Then you can see the notes at the bottom of the "day report." The "day report" can be accessed most easily from the web app. Simply select "day report" which is found at the bottom of your dashboard. You can then print off the day report or download and email to your Dietitian.

thanks

Happy to help. Best, Joanna

Hi RPAustin- You should be able to log in using your same username and password on both the phone and web app. The layout is a bit different between the two so it may take some time to find what you are looking for. We have an awesome support team that can help you with this if you are still running into issues. Simply email them at support@mynetdiary.com and they will get you going!
