New month, new news? How are you all doing? I haven't heard from folks in a while. Do you still want me to keep this team going or have you all found other groups and teams to stay motivated? Let me know!
Best,
Kathy

Have a great weekend, everyone!
Kathy

Hello - is anyone out there still reading our thread? Miss hearing from you all.
Kathy

I am still here. Have had a hard few months, eating-wise. Put on quite a bit of weight again, but did manage exercise quite a bit still.

I am back on track again, eating right, and tracking everything that goes in my mouth. I have a new goal of 85 kg which I am sure I will hit.

Honestly, I am surprised I was able to last that long without "falling in". I don't see it as a failure, since I still lost the bulk of my weight :)

Me too, still hanging here.

Hit hard times over summer, now hopefully again (moving) in right direction. Lets see what will happen. :)

Sune, I do this for a living and my weight bounces periodically. I don't see that as a failure either. Glad you are back on track. Missed hearing from you! Great that you kept up the exercise.
Best,
Kathy

Glad to hear from you too, Mjl.

This summer has been a doozy for me too. Diabetes Center closed rather abruptly - announced over email in the middle of my vacation. Very sad. Health care feels like it is tanking where I live. Entire hospital units closing.

But I am here. Forum is something I look forward too!

Best,
Kathy

How's everyone doing? I just got back from vacation and was wondering how folks were doing.

I'm doing great :)

Eating right, getting lots of exercise, and my latest experiments are panning out ;)

I've gotten into molecular gastronomy, and I've been able to create a stable skim milk foam using some interesting compounds.

Another thing I've created is a zero calorie syrup that has the right consistency and viscose. ;) I'm going to use the syrup to make zero calorie brown sugar. I'm weird, I know. ;)

I think what you do is very cool. Sune, you HAVE to write an article or book about your adventures. I enjoy reading your posts about these experiments!
Best,
Kathy
