Good grief - it is March already! As usual, we have crazy wild fluctuations in our weather here in Colorado. Hope you all are doing well!

FINALLY the scale and measurements moved. I must admit, I was getting discouraged. Life's been stressful - husband got laid off, report card time for me, I know stress causes me to go into hibernation metabolism. Exercise helps me deal - and in a way escape! The sun is shining and it's finally quit snowing so we'll get out for a walk today. Tonight it's popcorn, wine, and cuddles on the couch to celebrate. One of these days my heart will believe it when I think or say that invisible results are important too - like health!!
Thanks for your support

So glad the scale is supporting your efforts! Victorjane, just peeked at your data - at first I saw the very low averages but then realized you have days with missing meal entries.
When I have that issue, I just go to those days and delete the single meal so that my weekly and monthly and longer term averages are not so affected by days with missing meals.
After you do this, I want you to see what your protein avg is - aim for at least 60 grams lean protein a day, especially during weight loss.

Kathy

How do I delete the single meal?

Hi Victorjane - it is a little bit of a pain. You go to the food log for that day, and delete each meal item one by one. Sorry, we need a delete button for the whole meal.
I find it easiest to do this on the web program. When I go into Nutrition Reports Summary, I find the day with a super low calories intake. When I click on the day, and then go to the Food tab, it somehow knows to take me to that day I clicked.

It is SPRING weather here in Colorado for just another 24 hours. I hope everyone can take advantage of good weather you might be having and get outdoors and walk, bike, rollerblade, or start an early garden....

BAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Kathy, you are so FUNNY!!! We've had another 5 inches of SNOW today :( It is getting quite tiresome. I'm afraid we will have a lot of flooding around here once (if ever) spring comes!! For now, the treadmill will have to do - and the exercise DVD's! Glad you're enjoying some nice weather though!!

More snow comingfor the NE US. Will it ever end. Of course harder for me to stay on trak in the summer for some reason but I ill perfect that eventually.. Hate this weather! So much for that ground hog! Hang in everyone. Fran

Sorry to hear about all your cold snowy weather. I like that for the mountains but not for commuting. If it is any consolation, I paid for our 76F day last week with a more than 2-hr commute on ice about 48 hours beforehand! Ha - no such thing as a free lunch!
