How's your month going so far? Our heat wave is finally over and I am enjoying being able to be outside after 9 AM again! :)

summer hasn't been as hot as normal here in MS; still plenty of time in evening for outdoor activities and workouts; now at 95lb loss since 1 Nov 13; body fat % from 58 to 29% same time frame; cardiologist and diabetic dr.'s have now agreed with no recurring medicines for their respective areas of health, so I have achieved that goal; continue supplements for protein, magnesium, potassium, etc.; weight dr. now recommends working towards lower body fat %; target % is now 18-20% (high end of fitness range); not really sure how long it will take to achieve, since the rate of loss overall has definately slowed as expected; just enjoying the journey; continue treadmill 40 min and 1-2 hrs of light weights in evening; mediterranean style diet; overall, with continued support of MND and many prayers, will keep moving forward and living a healthy lifestyle! thanks for all you do Kathy-- MtnDog


MtnDog, that is truly awesome. Keep with it and try to be patient. The closer you get to your weight goal, the slower the rate of weight loss appears to be for many of us. Certainly was true for me.
