Well I'm back using this app after putting on more weight than I lost. I'm a little bit frustrated but realistic about the plan. I know self talk is an important part of the journey and I really need to make getting that under control a priority this time around.

Hi I have had this app but never really used it. I so agree with you about loosing and then gaining back more. In 1 year I had both knees operated on. Since then I have gained 45 pounds. It is so depressing

Hello Trobin- Welcome to MND! It sounds like you are getting back on track. We are here to help with that and support you as you move along in your journey. Orthopedic surgery can certainly put a wrench in your weight loss plan. Today is a new day! and the good news is you can make changes in your diet today. One thing you may want to do is not account for exercise calories burned when you are tracking. To do this go into your settings and toggle off "add exercise to left calories."
-Also, here is an article on staying motivated. You will lose weight if you commit to reducing your calories. It is hard work but I know it is possible! Hang in there. Joanna (Dietician)
