Thought I'd make use of this forum (if anyone actually uses it) to make lists of food that members have found useful to snack on with nill carbs (might as well!)
Just chucking ideas out there to help fellow low-carbians when the dreaded hunger pangs sneak up on you from time to time!
Here's a few that I have discovered:

* Instead of corn chips, thinly slice chicken breast, then season with a taco mix ( http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/lindas_taco_seasoning.html is a good one) and grill till cooked and crispy. Top with your favourite cheeses and salsa and set under a grill till cheese is melted.
(chicken (100g) =0carb cheese = .5carb(40g) and salsa(25g) around 2carb)

* 22 almonds which have 5 carbs, but only 2 net carbs.
* 30g walnuts (small handful) 4 carbs, but only 2 net carbs. (both from Atkins carb counter)

* Tuna, which can have from 0 carbs (plain tuna) to 3 or 4 if you read the labels correctly. I never liked tuna till I started getting into the flavoured ones. My favourite is sundered tomato and basil which is 1.7carbs a can (Aldi version) but there are plenty more out there! Coles in Australia has some nice home brand Coles version ones and Woolworths (Safeway) does too. Just remember to check the labels!

* Cheese chips, which is where you slice cheese up into 2mm thick squares and place them on a ceramic plate (about 3cms from each other) and microwave on high for about a minute or until they are crispy. Let cool and wedge them off the plate (all the fat in the cheese helps with this. 0-1 carbs a serve.

* 100g prawns. Quick, healthy 0 carb snack. (Takes a bout 5 minutes to cook )

* 10 green olives for a salt-fix. 0.6 carbs, 0.2 net carbs.
* 5 Large black olives. 1.4 carbs, 0.7 net carbs. (both from Atkins carb counter)

* Serve of light jelly and a tablespoon of thickened cream ontop of it if you're feeling naughty! Around 0-1 carb, depending on the jelly you use.

* Canned crab meat (1/2 a 250g can, drained) with 2 tsp full mayo and seasonings (like s+p) Also depends what mayo you use. The most, round about 3 carbs.

* Low carb pancakes -Linda's low carb has a good one (google search) 0.75 carbs per pancake, recipe makes 6 pancakes, then drench them in LC maple syrup.

* Sugar free lollies. In Australia, Woolworths has DOUBLE "D" sugar free lollies, butterscotch, mixed and mint. They have isomalt, which acts as a laxative if you eat too many at once so be careful! but have 0 carbs and fat.

* Pork crackle rinds - About 5 carbs for 100g, depending if they're flavoured. Only found them at local lolly shop. Haven't found them in supermarkets yet. But beware, very high in fat.

* Bacon bread sanga. This is where you use really crispy bacon for the bread instead of toast! place cheese on each side of bacon, cook till melts, then place an egg inside the 'bacon bread' and voila! About 1-2 carbs a serving (2 small slices bacon, 1 egg, 30g cheese)
