I guess most people use yoga to lose weight, but I want to lose weight to be better at yoga. I started anusara yoga last July and pretty much love it. I am seriously overweight though and have actually gained 15 pounds since starting yoga. I got 2-3x a week for 90 minutes. It is not gentle practice, but I go the beginner classes. I really want to lose weight so yoga will be easier and I won't be so afraid of hurting myself. has anyone tried the "new" weight watchers? or is using this net diary enough?
