Wow! MND is keeping me on the straight and narrow. Lost 10 lbs and now can run twice as long at the gym. Hadn't noticed how the weight had weighed me down.


Traveled to Florida and since I'm not home I am not in control of meals. Eating out a lot and while the calories are not hard to control keeping the sodium intake low is almost impossible. Been eating a lot of salads, but that can get old. Any suggestions?


Travel makes it really hard. I try to really up the water intake to offset the salt and have a lot more fruit than at home. It seems to make ordering healthy at dinner easier. Good luck and enjoy the sunshine.


I've found that portion sizes tend to be a killer here in the US - particularly in big tourist locations. I have to travel a lot for work, and when I eat out, at dinner time, I'll have an appetizer for my main course.
