Current goal: I'd like to lose about 10 pounds by spring break or so, but more importantly, I'd like to lose inches and tone up!
Favorite diets: Anything that still allows me to have bread and carbs. :)
Favorite activities: Tennis, rock climbing, going to the gym, bike riding, running, walking, yoga
Need help with: Staying on track nutritionally, especially at night. I exercise every day, but always find myself mindlessly eating when I sit down to relax at night.
