Calculate Homemade Cheese? Topic

Okay so... today I tried my hand at making homemade farmer's cheese using evaporated. I overdid the lemon juice, to be entirely honest, but overall I'm pretty happy with the results.
Here's my question, though... how do I add it to MyNetDiary?
I basically took about 8oz of evaporated milk, mixed it with 8oz of water, let it heat up on the stove to 175 degrees F, added lemon juice (it was supposed to be 4 tsps, I added around 8... way too much, but I panicked because of how small the curds were), waited 20 minutes (actually 40 minutes), then drained the whey off the casein cheese curds. Then I added 1/4 tsp salt (which, if I'm being honest, was a tad too much, but then, I overdid the lemon juice, so... believe it or not, the cheese actually tastes really good considering)...
Because the process of making cheese is all about splitting milk into its constituent proteins... how should I add this to the app? How do I make this recipe in the app?

Erm... evaporated *milk*. I don't know why I only typed "evaporated" and didn't put "milk" after that... sorry...
