Calorie & Macro Cycling Topic


Hi,
I’m trying to customise the Cycling section but I’m finding it very restrictive.

Calories seem to work fine but I also want to cycle carbs on the higher calorie days. It keeps telling me what amounts it MUST be. I don’t see why I can’t specify what I want. It’s in percentages so I can’t see why they can’t change to be whatever you like.

Am I missing something?

My macros are in %:
Mon-Fri 7:45:48
Sat-Sun 14:51:45

I changed Saturday fine, but it won’t let me change Sunday and is only allowing me 0% carbs.

Any insight much appreciated.
