Can someone please tell me where I can enter the number of steps I've done, in the app? Topic

First off, I apologize for asking such a silly question. I'm no computer newb but this has me stumped. I am nearly certain I saw it earlier, but I can't find it now!

My smart watch isn't compatible with the app, so I want to manually enter steps.

Any direction is very much appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. To find the step counter, go to the dashboard. To the left of the apple, you will find "steps" under "exercise".

I use the activity app on my watch which is connected to the apple health app on my phone so steps from my watch go onto the apple health app & this app takes the data from apple health. Hope that makes sense. x
