Favorite diets: I hate the thought that I may have dieted so often that anyone would ask my favorite. I do enjoy tracking and documenting foods as a way to make better choices.
Favorite activities: Golfing, camping, water activities, cooking, gardening, reading, crafts
Need help with: Motivation and accountability. Setting attainable, short term goals with non-food rewards. Getting the most from tracking and features of MynetDiary and link with fitbit.

More info: Turning 60 in 2025. I'm at a point in life that I can focus on my own needs rather than everyone else. I believe I can be successful in establishing better habits that are sustainable.
