Challenge -- Eating on the Run Topic


Just signed up -- hoping this tool and site will help me practice more conscious eating. I'm currently responsible for helping my mother-in-law with a lot of things, and since I don't drive I spend a lot of time on buses, and frequently have to grab something out and about rather than sitting down to a planned meal at home. My biggest challenge is breakfasts; I'll usually just grab something out and that's not helpful at all.


I find those breakfast bars are pretty good. If you have to eat a breakfast sandwich, go with the english muffin not the biscuit.
