Hello my name is Chantelle, I am 29 and 13.5 stone - I just gained .5 stone on holiday in Thailand so a bit downhearted right now.

I want to get down to 8 stone and a size 8 dress size which I used to be.

Incredibly I have already lost almost a stone in a few days! So and now 12.7 stone!
