Have been doing better about tracking foods and I've been walking daily following surgery in late Dec. Today I walked nearly a mile and three-quarters! I'm trying to heal up so that I can start a couch to 5K program.

It would be great to give you encouragement. When you say new to exercise - how new are you? I just need someone to keep me accountable on the days I can't be bothered. We could keep each other on track!

Hello everyone...I'm getting back on track and looking for encouragement from others doing the same! I finally decided that, while an "ideal weight" doesn't define my worth, it sure is less expensive than investing in a new wardrobe! I'm doing this now because I respect myself...I want to grow older gracefully. Why are you doing this?


I too am getting "back on the wagon"...I have too long put myself second, it's time for me to put myself first. I am no good to anyone if I'm gone so, it's time to make my health a priority.


Hello everyone. I'm putting myself first now. I'm putting my health first. I'm looking for encouragement and also encourage others! I'm very unhealthy and would like to lose about 100 pounds. An added benefit of the weight loss will be looking good and feeling good in regular clothes...I love fashion, shoes, etc. I also want to be able to run/jog a 5K without walking, that would be my fitness goal.


Has anyone done Kayla's workout? I heard it is intense but easy to do at home.
