I'm hanging in there. Was out for about a week with a cold and hubby's illness. Now getting back into it. Has anyone used the TRX system? I've signed up for a couple sessions at a local place. Looking forward to something new. I love weights and body weight exercises better than straight aerobics. Have a great day and a blessed Easter!


I haven't tried TRX but sounds interesting. Why don't you let us know what it was like after you've had your initial sessions?


The TRX system basically lets you use body weight for the exercises and calls upon good core strength. I wasn't overwhelmed with its use but it's something I might put in the mix when I workout at the facility.
