HI to all of you,new in this site and i'd love to share one of my favorite recipes!
it takes 5 minutes if you ground your oatmeal ahead of time.
2 white eggs
3 Tbs ground oats
1/3 cup of apple sauce NO SUGAR ADDED
1 or 1 1/2 Tbp Chopped walnuts
1 pouch of cocoa mix (swiss miss,NO SUGAR ADDED)
PREP:
Mix all together in a microwave-safe container and cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes, depending of your microwave could it be less time but never more than 5 minutes and Voala!
enjoy. 225 cal. 1 seving.
