Already down 8 pounds and started oct 30. I work hard at my job and get a walk in for 30 mins 4-5 times a week. Not much time for more ,, but what I'm doing is working. God help me at Christmas ??

Just watched what I eat. No snack between meals and job is demanding. Cut back on food and sugar. Counting calories always worked for me. Nothing else does. This app is great and motivates me a lot. And I do eat what I really crave one a week. Usually weekend. And notice I eat less. Full fast. ????
