Cooking Topic


Hi guys,

I realized to loose weight I need to start cooking. What food do you eat? Do you cook or take away?


I cook as much as possible. I generally BBQ lots of chicken breasts on the weekend, then pack them away with mixed veggies (Broccoli, Cauliflower & sliced carrots). Approximately 300-350 calories each for lunches throughout the week. Makes it easier so that I don't feel the need to go to fast food during the week and is a much healthier choice.


Thank you Spower, good advice. I'm planning for find couple of recopies where meal can be cooked on weekend and frozen in advance.


Here is what I do, I cook a full chicken breast, season it with a tad of salt, and herbs, put Jarlsberg cheese on it, that cheese is amazing, and then some pasta sauce, with some Parmesan cheese, its basic but very good.


I do it without frying and adding bread crumbs.
