Hi, I am looking fir a good source of training programs that will help me from the basic level to the advanced, from overweight to a good healthy body. The food aspect is covered I just need a place or someone to create a plan together and perhaps help track it every once in a while. I bet a lot of people want a plan they can stick to more than focussing on all kinds of measurements and tests. Hope we can share those sources or even plans here.
