Would love to communicate with other CrossFitters on here about their diets. What's the recommended Macro intake for a Crossfitter?


I have dialed mine down to macro yet. I've just been eating cleaner and more often. How do you log your exercise.


Been doing crossfit for couple years and just getting started on a new nutrition challenge and I am going to count my macros. My goal is weight loss we are doing the Lurong Challenge starting Monday but everyone's intake will be different age, gender, height and weight etc. workout days are higher than a rest day that I do know but just getting started so will keep posted


I would suggest IIFYM.com or a site close to that to generate your macros and attempt to hit them that's what I do I'm also in a calorie deficit
