Kari, You are doing great. A great deal of my success was because of MND. Stick with it. As I finally figured out how to use teams and groups, I found a group of people that I could chat with. You can do this!!!!!

Thanks for all your support and encouraging words. This is the first time I have really food journaled (other than a brief stint with weight watchers points several years ago) and I really do think it is a major difference to my success this time. It is so easy to forget that 100 calories here and there and they add up.

Greets! I'm Jake. 140 Pounds ago, and about 4 years, I weighed way too much. Now I'm working off my final (abt.) 44 pounds, and trying hard to get some muscle on these bones. Thanks for having me. I'm always open to contact.

Great to have you on board Jake.
And a note to everyone. I think it is good (if you feel comfortable with it) for everyone to open up their "charts" and "reports" to others. I find looking at others daily stuff, helps me find ways I can improve my eating habits. And then if I need a second look from someone, they can look and see what I am doing also. What do you think?

Is everyone doing alright? Have not seen or heard much from anyone lately.I took a few days out of work to finish painting etc as the floor sanders are coming Wednesday. House is a wreck have to pull it together for Saturday as we are having a cake etc for our 2 year old grandson.Wish me luck .I am trying to decide what I am feeding them. Let me know you are all OK.-Fran

Had a bit of a dip the last couple of weeks. Just a lot of pre-xmas stuff that held me up.
Back on it hard though, planning to lose another 8Kg before christmas. We're going to a beach resort for New Years and I want to be able to walk on the beach and not feel self conscious.

I made it through Halloween without going on a binge and purging tons of candy for the first time in many many years.I am on the road to beating Bulimia! I have also reached my first goal of losing 25 Ibs.
Now I have to tackle the holidays, wish me luck!
