Doing great. Down to 85.4Kg now and think i'll hit 75 soon. Can't wait.

Also did my longest run ever today, 12Km in 75 minutes!

Wow!!! Great!

Our team hasn't been very active in posting lately. Who is still out there and how are you doing? Hope all of you are maintaining weight and serenity, being kind and generous to yourselves (in ways that don't necessarily involve food) and enjoying life! I am celebrating my 15 year wedding anniversary in a few days and thrilled to be able to fit into my wedding dress.

Congradulations. I am here . Isn't it amazing I am in your boat. As small as I? was when I got married of course that is going on 39 years. It is difficult to post to what looks like yourself-lol Glad you are here. Was just posting in the group but it is also empty for the time being. Had to have my bmi done for work last week. at least I didn't have anxity about that. That was why a normal bmi was great.Poor people above 30 are targeted for assistance. nice . not the most sensitive thing I have seen.

Enjoy your anniverary. Got anything exciting planned. Second honeymoon or are you still on you firat?

Fran

Congrats, Clochette2! Have a wonderful anniversary. I bet you would surprise your husband if you wore your wedding dress as a surprise!
Kathy

Hope your aniversary was great. Don't see much happening here.Babysitting for my college roommates diabetic cat just gave him his insulin. Was beautiful in the east today. Spring is coming. Will be glad to get the new bike out.Busy end of week coming have a 2 day sementer in Newport and a retirement dinner one night. Hate the thought of temptations so am cutting back and banking calories now. I am staying pretty stable, weight wise . Hope to say that after this week is over. Fran

Hi Fran,
Good luck with your events this week. Banking calories is always a good idea. I have a conference coming up as well next week and they always feed us too much and too often. A new bike sounds like a great idea. I have been contemplating that as well. What kind did you get?
Anniversary is tomorrow with a celebratory party on the weekend. I am wearing my wedding dress shortened for the occasion! Cheers and thanks to you and Kathy for the good wishes. Greta

What a great idea to use your gown! I wanted an america made bike(we each bought the other one) I found them made in NY. I wanted folding ones so we could just take them with us without racks etc. They are a heavier than most but I am not carting them on a train etc. Fold in half . I got red he got blue. Even got baskets that remove with handles,so cute. This way if we decide to take them to the Vineyard to visit the kids we will not be bringing a full size bike or camping or to the beach or fireworks etc.name of the company is Worksman's or mens make ice cream bicycles etc.

Enjoy your celebration.Fran

Fran & Great - great to hear from you both. Great, I just love the idea of the shortened wedding gown for your anniversary. Enjoy today!
Kathy

Banking calories for the tough week that ended with a retiremment party last night worked. Weight right on target. Don't you love it when a plan comes together? Hope everyone is doing well-Fran
